[Introduction]
G-LS Cooling agent is a complexed compound which contains xylitol, mint and copolymer base. Xylitol is a natural sweetener, it has high safety, and react with water can produce endothermic effect. Using this characteristic, our company made it to apply in textile finishing processing. The fabrics after treating by xylitol processing, the agent can bring cool and refreshing feeling to people, so also known as the cooling processing.

[Usage]
1. Padding method
● Preparation working liquid: G-LS COOLING AGENT: 50~100g/L
● Processing method: padding, control the take-up about 70%, drying and stereotype. [Can through high temperature (150~170℃) finishing to increase washing-resistance ability.]
2. Dipping method
● Dosage: 5~8%; Bath ratio: 1:10; Temperature: room temperature to 40℃
● Treatment methods: Immersion the fabric completely then soak 10~20 minutes, drying, and dry under 100~120℃.
● Also can through high temperature (150~170℃) finishing to increases washing-resistance ability.
Use conditions will also change the dosage according to the different source material of finishing object and processing conditions, please pre-test and then decide dosage and formulation. (Including test the compatibility with other agents).
Placing a long time there will be stratified, does not affect the product performance, but need to shake uniform before use.
